ANNUAL ENROLMENT FEE

$28 per student and will be included on your first invoice or can be paid at the time of enrolling.  This fee covers annual insurance. 

COSTUME FEE

Costume Fee for concert is $25 per costume.

TERMS

Dance Zone operates on State School Terms.  Dance Zone will hold classes as usual on MOST Public Holidays.  Check with your instructor if you are unsure.

CLASS PACKAGES 2012

Class Fees are structured into class packages depending on the number of classes the student attends per term.  Discounts apply for students enrolled in more than one class per term.  A discount on the Class Fees will be given if all fees are paid IN FULL by the due date which is the  end of Week 2 of the term.

NOTE:

  • Tiny Tots Classes are half hour classes.

  • Students enrolled in 5 classes can take additional classes at no extra charge.

  • Payment plans can be set up in week one if needed to avoid children being excluded from classes and to retain discounted fee structure.

  • Discounts on Dance Zone Massage and Personal Training Sessions to Dance Zone Parents.

  • Solos/Duos are $25-$30 per 30 minutes.
     

REFUND POLICY

Dance Zone rules regarding Fee refunds are as follows:

  • All requests for refunds must be in writing. 
  • If your child has a doctors certificate and will be missing half a term due to illness you may be entitled to a  refund for half the term.
  • If your child has a doctors certificate and will be missing the whole term you may be entitled to a full refund.
  • If your child chooses to no longer dance at Dance Zone after they have completed a trial lesson and one proper class lesson,  you are required to pay the full term fees as our teachers have allocated a place in the class for your child and will have planned their lessons around the expected number of children.
  • Competition fees cannot be refunded once we have entered your child as we will have already paid for your child to be in the competition and are unable to obtain refunds.

MORE DETAILS RE FEES

  • Invoices will be issued in Week 1-2.  Please provide email address for forwarding of invoices.  Payment is due on enrolment and must be received no later than the end of the second week of class.   Family discounts will be forfeited if payment is not made by the due date.   If fees remain unpaid at the end of week 2,  your child will be excluded from participation in class until fees are paid and the discount fee structure will be forfeited.  Contact staff in week 1 if you need to set up a payment plan.
     
  • Prior to commencement Dance Zone will refund all payments made by the student only if the class is cancelled. 
     
  • Term Fees are fixed and missed classes are not refundable and cannot be made up at a later time.   See your instructor if your child requires an extended period of absence due to illness. Dance Zone will operate as usual on MOST Public Holidays and Pupil Free Days.  If unsure, please phone or email or check with your instructor.
     
  • Fees can be paid by Cash, Cheque, Money Order or Internet Transfer.  Account details for Internet Transfers will be on your Invoice.  Internet transfers is the preferred means of payment.
     
  • If you are a new student enrolling part-way through the term, payment of a pro-rata amount is due prior to the first class attended and will be at the discounted price for that term. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment through on-line banking is preferred.  Cash and cheques are accepted but please bring money in envelope with your child’s name and amount being paid on the front.
