  8. Maintain Good Nutritional Habits. Proper nutrition is essential to building and maintaining a healthy and strong body. Eat lots of vegetables, fruit and proteins. This does not mean "go on a diet"! It does mean limit "junk foods".  Drink lots of water daily. Dancers sweat a lot and can easily become dehydrated.  Bring water every lesson.  If attending more than one lesson in an afternoon, you may bring a healthy snack to eat between classes

No child should be left without the parent being satisfied that their child is in class and under the care of Dance Zone staff nor should any child be encouraged to leave care without supervision.  All instructors have a Blue Card for working with children.   Note:  As Dance Zone is not a licensed child minding facility, we are unable to mind other children not attending or trailing our classes.  We recognize the busy schedule many parents have, so Special arrangements for children to wait before or after their class may be made on approval of Dance Zone Staff.  These children to remain in the hall at all times and sit quietly. They may wish to do their homework or read a book, so ensure they are prepared for this.  This arrangement is subject to your child’s behavior and Dance Zone reserves the right to withdraw this approval.
